SAP BUSINESS-SYSTEM ANALYST:
Will be responsible for a broad range of SAP implementation tasks: gather/document business requirements, design and configure SAP/HR system solutions, write functional/technical specifications, write test scripts, perform/lead system tests, develop and maintain system documentation, develop and deliver training materials, provide ongoing operational support, and assist in system security/authorization role development as necessary. Will participate in SAP upgrade planning and execution as well as implement customer-driven enhancements to current functionalities. Will perform complex system troubleshooting and data analysis for root cause determinations. Will collaborate with business partners, IT colleagues and peer groups at MIT campus to arrive upon effective solutions. May participate in other projects of system integration and business applications as assigned.
BS in Information Technology, MIS or related field.
Graduate level education is a plus. At least 5 years of experience in business
management, business process analysis and design, and at least 3 years of
experience in SAP HR software implementation and configuration. Should possess
understanding of ERP table structures, SQL, available development tools and
database principles. Ability to prepare detailed technical development
specifications, and if necessary, present innovative technical and/or process
